Job title: Children Centre Administrator

Salary: £25,119 - £28,770

Location: Tuebrook, West Derby and Yew Tree Children's Centres

The Role:  

Our Children Centre & Family Hub is a bustling & exciting place to work. We provide services and support to children aged 0-5 years and their families. Every day is different but high standards and the quality of services provided by our team is consistent. 

The role of Administrator is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys diversity within their working day. 

  • Training & mentoring in our SAP Finance Management system will be provided. You will oversee budget monitoring, raise invoices & use SAP to maintaining accurate electronic records and provide information and data for finance meetings and audit reports.
  • You will become skilled in using E start data systems to capture all new registered families, recording their attendance at activities and support the Children Centre Manager by extracting various data reports to monitor performance targets.
  • Your proficient IT skills in Excel, Outlook, Publisher, Microsoft Teams will be put to good use everyday and your knowledge of using Social Media platforms will assist in the promotion of our services and sharing of important information.
  • You will become confident in talking with Parents, identifying their needs, and signposting them to the correct service, in addition you will be taking telephone calls, relaying messages, and responding to email & face to face enquiries.
  • Responsibilities include supporting the whole team with a wide range of administration tasks
  • The role is 35 hours per week, Monday – Friday between the hours 8.00-6.00pm. You will be required to work across our three sites - Tuebrook, West Derby & Yew Tree
