The Role: 

  • The role of Degree Apprentice Environmental Health Officer gives you an opportunity to study for a degree while earning a salary and gaining practical skills working as a member of the environmental protection team. You will study with an accredited provider of the BSc (Hons) Integrated Environmental Health Degree, starting in September 2025
  • During your time with us as a Degree Apprentice Environmental Health Officer, you will be rotating through placements in environmental protection, food safety, health & safety, housing, licensing, planning enforcement and emergency planning
  • In the role of a Degree Apprentice Environmental Health Officer will be demanding and exciting as you develop your experienc

This role is fixed term for the purpose of completing your apprenticeship and will end 48 months after you start with us
