Salary:  £48,474 - £53,577

Location: City Wide

The Role

  • In the role as Deputy Team Manager you will be responsible to support in the case management and care planning of all children and young people.
  • As Deputy Team Manager you will embed a high-performance high-quality culture by supporting the team with the Team Manager to continually develop their social work practice skills and achieve best practice through continuous improvement, so they can achieve the best outcomes possible for those we care for.
  • The Deputy Team Manager will support in the recruitment, induction, supervision and training of the team, you’ll champion your team’s personal and professional growth and health and wellbeing, ensuring an inclusive approach.
  • You will actively engage in risk management policies, procedures and practice and to advise the Team Manager of resource shortfalls and recommend improved methods of working where appropriate.
  • You must be a qualified and registered Social Worker with Children's social work experience to apply for this role.
