Salary: £28,770 - £33,024

Location: Children's Centres City Wide

The Role:

  • As the Family Link Worker, you will be building positive and lasting relationships with families, providing tailored support to improve their well-being and strengthen family bonds
  • Our Family Link Workers work in a dynamic and supportive team, with opportunities for continuous professional development and training
  • In the role of a Family Link Worker, you will collaborate with a range of professionals across health, education, and social care to deliver holistic family support and achieve the best outcomes
  • As a Family Link Worker, you will develop and implement personalised action plans for families, helping them to navigate challenges and access essential services
  • The Family Link Worker will make a real difference by empowering families to overcome barriers and improve their lives in a safe and nurturing environment
