We are seeking a dedicated, proactive, and compassionate Family Link Worker who is committed to supporting families and creating positive change in the lives of children under five.
The Role:
- As the Family Link Worker you will develop and deliver early learning sessions for families, observing children’s development and planning activities to foster growth and address areas of need
- In the role as the Family Link Worker you’ll extend your support into the home, guiding parents through Peep, Play at Home & various other programs to create a positive learning environment and ensure their children are ready to transition to nursery or school
- Our Family Link Workers collaborate with local schools, nurseries, and community settings to provide a range of services that promote children's learning and development, with a particular focus on speech, language, and communication skills
- As part of your role as the Family Link Worker you’ll provide direct support to children and families facing a range of challenges, developing targeted intervention plans in collaboration with families and partner agencies as part of the Early Help offer
- You, the Family Link Worker must have the ability to observe, plan, and deliver engaging and effective learning sessions for children under five
