The role:
We’re looking for M365 Adoption Professionals to join our Technology and Customer Services area and support the effective adoption, use and ongoing improvement of Microsoft 365 services across Liverpool City Council.
Working as part of our Strategy and Design Team, you’ll help colleagues and service areas make best use of Microsoft 365 tools, including SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, Power Platform and related collaboration and productivity services.
You’ll support both business-as-usual activity and approved digital transformation initiatives, helping staff understand how M365 can support their work, improve ways of working and deliver better services for residents and colleagues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support M365 adoption activity – Help plan, deliver and evaluate adoption activity that enables colleagues to use Microsoft 365 tools confidently and effectively
- Create and improve guidance – Develop clear, accessible guidance, learning materials and communications to support new and existing Microsoft 365 services
- Promote good practice – Support colleagues to follow agreed standards for collaboration, information management, accessibility, security and governance
- Support change and improvement – Work with services to understand adoption challenges, gather feedback and identify opportunities to improve how Microsoft 365 is used
- Work with others – Collaborate with ICT colleagues, service areas, project teams, communications colleagues and M365 Champions to support successful adoption and engagement
- Learn and develop – Continue to build knowledge of Microsoft 365, digital adoption, change management and user support through hands-on experience, feedback and ongoing development
