Liverpool City Council is a forward-thinking local Government organisation dedicated to leveraging the latest technology to drive business success. We are seeking a talented and experienced Lead M365 Developer to join our dynamic DevOps team and lead the development of innovative Microsoft 365 solutions.

The ideal candidate will have Proven experience as a Lead M365 Developer or similar role. Have an In-depth knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications and services. Have a strong expertise in Power Platform, including PowerApps, PowerAutomate, and PowerBI. with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to design complex solutions. Coupled with strong communication and leadership skills, and the ability to stay updated with the latest M365 developments and trends. 

The role:

  • As the M365 Lead Developer will be required to lead the design, development, and implementation of Microsoft 365 solutions to enhance business processes and productivity
  • In the role of M365 Lead Developer you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate M365 applications into existing systems.
  • As a M365 Lead Developer you will customise and extend Teams, PowerBI, PowerAutomate, Dataverse, and other M365 components to optimise workflows
  • In your role you will provide strategic advice on M365 development best practices and emerging trends.
  • A M365 Lead Developer will mentor and guide developers and Junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement
  • Throughout your role as a M365 Lead Developer you will ensure all solutions adhere to security standards and best practices
