Salary: £56,316- £60,644 (on experience)

The Role: 

  • An exciting opportunity has arisen within Liverpool Children and Young People’s Services as we integrate our SEND and Alternative Provision services, enabling a holistic understanding of and response to children and young people’s needs
  • As the Behaviour Intervention Team Operational Lead you will be a key player of the management team in the SEND Support Services and drive the cities response to meeting behavioural needs across primary and secondary education, working closely with educational settings on developing practice and designing high-quality teaching and curriculum opportunities
  • As a key player in this service area, you will lead a team that includes a Behaviour Advisory Teacher and a Business Support Officer. Reporting directly to the Service Manager: SEND Support, you will contribute significantly to our mission of providing quality education to every child and young person, irrespective of their background or challenges they may face and will work with other managers across the team to ensure effective planning and support is in place
