At Clubmoor & Ellergreen Children’s Centre/Family Hub, we are committed to providing high quality services for children and families. You will be a part of a dedicated and supportive team, making a real difference in the local community!
The role:
- You will staff the reception desk, manage our entry system, issue visitor badges, and handle sign-ins; in addition, you will also answer and direct telephone, email, and in-person enquiries from families and professionals
- As a Receptionist, you will maintain accurate records, manage room and session bookings, and monitor attendance. You will also assist with financial requisitioning, including monitoring stock levels and replenishment
- You will register new families and signpost them to relevant services, as well as issuing food bank and supermarket vouchers
- Our Receptionists also maintain and update the Centre’s displays, leaflets, and resources, as well as inputting referrals and data onto internal systems, such as Liquid Logic and E-Start
- You will also support the promotion and marketing of the Centre’s services, including managing content for social media platforms to engage families and promote activities; you will also need to work flexibly as part of a team, including the occasional evening and weekend, as required
As this role is part time, 25 hours per week (9:00 to 14:00) the salary and any allowances will be pro rata to reflect this.
