Job title: Residential Worker – Sandfield Lodge Residential Home
The Role:
- As a Residential Worker, you will work as part of a team to create a warm, nurturing environment where children and young people feel safe and cared for
- As a Residential Worker, you will contribute to the day-to-day functioning of the home so that the children and young people’s needs are met, including support around education, social development, health and well-being
- Developing positive relationships with children and young people to help them to understand and process their life experiences
- Follow policies and procedures and work with partner agencies to safeguard children and young people
- As a Residential Worker, you will help children and young people to understand their strengths and qualities and encourage them to have aspirations for their future
This post is Full Time 35 hours per week, but we also welcome applications from those who would prefer to work Part Time 17.5 hours per week. Please specify on your application if you would prefer a part time contract.
