We are on a mission to improve lives and communities across the city of Liverpool and we are looking for an inspirational and strategic trailblazer to join us as a Strategic Head of Service to lead our Transactional Services into its next chapter. This post is more than just a leadership role and with a background in Revenues, Benefits, Adult Social Care is your chance to make a real difference!

As one of our Strategic Heads of Transactional Services, the post holder will be a strategic powerhouse, with proven experience in leading a key service including Revenues, Benefits, Adult Social Care Financial Assessments. You will have the credibility and confidence to inspire high performance and deliver services that put people first.

The successful candidate will be:

As Strategic Head of Service for Transactional Services, your key responsibilities will be to: 

  • Lead and transform our Transactional Services to meet ambitious targets
  • Foster a high-performing, customer-centric culture where teams can thrive
  • Shape strategic priorities, drive continuous improvement, and place residents at the centre 
  • Be a visible, trusted leader – internally and externally – championing innovation, partnership, and results
