The Role:

  • As a Team Organiser you should have both knowledge and experience of holistic reablement and supporting people to live well with dementia. Our Team organiser will be committed to providing the best support to achieve individual goals and maintain skills.
  • As a Team Organiser you will supervise staff as part of your role, and you should demonstrate leadership qualities, knowledge and confidence in this.
  • As a Team Organiser you must demonstrate an awareness of relevant CQC legislation, safeguarding and Health and Safety. All of which are of paramount importance to our service. Following guidance is crucial but you should also demonstrate an understanding of and commitment to person centred care.

 This position is a Night Team Organiser and shifts are 10pm until 8am across a two week rota. You will work:

  • Week 1: Monday Tuesday Saturday and Sunday.
  • Week 2 Wednesday, Thursday and Friday
